Clearwater's Cleveland Street District
A renovated and energized downtown district it is now a beautiful and active place enjoyed by business, local residents and visitors. Central to this area is the Cleveland Street District with its retail shops, entertainment venues and activities, businesses and good selection of restaurants.
The place is a very walkable with the beautiful Harbor, Marina, Main Library and Coachman Park just a few blocks away.
The Capitol Theatre on the corner of Cleveland Street and S. Osceola is also undergoing renovation to restore it to its original majesty. The theater is a great place to watch some classic movies or attend the regular scheduled performing arts.
One of the more exciting activies is Blast Friday. This family-friendly festival is scheduled the last Friday of each month and it is free!
